The Support You Need
Everyone, at some point in their life will experience distress either through loss of an important relationship, a life transition, low self-esteem, career change or some deeply buried memories triggered by a current event. A skillful therapist can help you develop understanding, and adopt coping strategies for constructive change in your life.
You can learn how to manage your symptoms and problems so that they do not affect the way you function in personal relationships, at work and with friends and relatives. An initial consultation may be just what you need to decide if therapy or counselling is for you.
