International clients are welcome. Our service provides internet, virtual therapy, psychological assessments and psychotherapy supervision.

Our therapy services employ relational psychotherapists who work collaboratively with clients. We are trained in a number of different approaches and use various psychological interventions, tools and techniques that are tailor-made for the individual client.

We offer short-term (10-20 sessions) or long-term (6 months to a year or more depending on the severity of the presenting problems). Open-ended therapy involves regular reviews and client and therapist agree whether continuing or ending is the best option.

Initial consultation

Once you referred yourself to our service, depending on the fee you can afford, the clinical director Dr Maria Luca will match you with the appropriate therapist. Therapy begins with an initial consultation. The purpose is to assess the nature of the client concerns, develop a psychological formulation and tailor psychological interventions to meet the needs of the individual. A recommendation will be made on the length of therapy best suited to the nature of the client’s concern. This could be short-term (10-16 sessions), long-term (1 year or more), open-ended (ongoing with in-built reviews).

Professional accreditation

All our associates and experienced therapists are accredited by a professional regulating body, such as the BACP, UKCP and BPS and adhere to the Ethical Framework of the appropriate registering body.
Please note that fees for low-cost work cannot currently be covered by insurance.

Low-cost fees

We offer lower-cost therapy with associate fully-qualified therapists who completed their batchelor degree in psychology or related discipline, then a 5-year training in psychotherapy or counselling psychology. The associates have at least 3 years practicing counselling under supervision and post-qualification experience.
